Each live SERP lookup and each keyword data query consumes DataForSEO credits from your monthly allocation. A standard article generation run uses between 5 and 15 credits depending on keyword depth. Credits do not roll over and reset on your billing date. Agency and Enterprise plans include enough credits for daily content operations at scale.

AI engine responses are non-deterministic — the same query can produce different answers on different runs. We address this by running each probe query 3 times and reporting a consensus result. Citation detection uses exact-match and fuzzy-match brand name logic. Our native CloviAEO engine queries AI models directly and reports consensus citation results.

GSC integration is available on Agency and Enterprise plans. It enables automatic rank drop detection and triggers the re-optimization pipeline without manual intervention. Pro plan users can manually import GSC data via CSV export, but the live connection and automated re-optimization loop require Agency or above.

White-label on Agency plans means your logo, brand colors, and agency name appear on all client-facing PDF reports and client dashboard views. CloviSEO branding is suppressed. You can add a custom report header, footer, and cover page. Client-facing dashboards use your logo with no visible CloviSEO or CloviTek attribution.

Agency plan API access is rate-limited to 500 requests per day. Enterprise plans receive custom rate limits tailored to your workflow volume. Burst allowances are available on request. Rate limits apply per API key, and Agency plans include up to 3 API keys (one per team member role). Enterprise plans have no hard key limit.

Yes, immediately. Upgrades take effect instantly — you are only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you retain full access until your current period ends. Annual plans can be downgraded to monthly at renewal. No penalties, no minimum commitment.

CloviSEO's content scoring engine is built natively and does not require a third-party writing tool subscription to function. The score loop, SERP benchmarking, and semantic term injection are all handled within the platform. NeuronWriter is an alternative workflow that some users import from — CloviSEO accepts imported keyword lists from any source. No NeuronWriter subscription is needed or required.
